Our Story
I'm Ryan Miller, owner of Straight Edge Lawn Maintenance LLC. My passion for lawn care didn't start in a classroom — it started the day my dad handed me the reins and told me to get to work.
In 2017, he introduced me to this trade, and I was instantly hooked. He was tough on me — no shortcuts, no excuses. His golden rule? "Do it right the first time." He stressed quality and attention to detail in everything, and I absorbed every bit of it standing right beside him.

After a year working side by side, his 19 years of hands-on experience had shaped me into the craftsman I am today. Unfortunately, he's no longer here — but every yard I touch, every edge I cut, every client I serve carries his lessons forward.
After that foundational year, I went on to work for two other lawn care companies. I learned valuable techniques and strategies from each — but I kept seeing the same problem: companies cutting corners, treating clients like transactions, and prioritizing speed over quality. I knew I could do it differently. The right way.
In 2020, I launched Straight Edge Lawn Maintenance LLC with a clear mission: give every client the honest, respectful, high-quality service they deserve — and give every lawn the care it truly needs.
